General description of the CSO work in the anti-corruption area

CCI is active in advocating for change at the policy level and reducing corruptive practices in different areas. So far, CCI has implemented numerous projects with the goal of fighting corruption in B&H. Most of them were oriented towards reducing corruptive practices in the public and health sector throughout the country. To achieve this, CCI has been working independently as well with other CSOs in the country.

Specific description of the CSO work in relation to the UNCAC

In past 11 years CCI has been monitoring the parliament and the government in the country (at the level of cantons, entities and at the level of the state). In that regard, CCI has benefited from full insight into all government measures and parliamentary procedures. Also, CCI has extensive experience in advocacy activities and submitting recommendations for new initiatives to different parliamentary bodies and commissions, in addition to exercising public pressure. In that respect, CCI has been able to link its own activities with the UNCAC programs and measures.
