General description of your work in the prevention of and the fight against corruption

The FXI advocates for and protects the right to free expression and access to information.

Through education, FXI promotes and disseminates information on the importance of freedom of expression as the right, the right to protest and the right to access information.

FXI encourages community members to actively participate in local government activities, questions on matters that affect them and do acquire information from their municipalities. In cases whereby information is refused, the use of the Promotion to Access Information Act (PAIA) is encouraged.
