New leadership roles for the UNCAC Coalition’s Board (CCC)

11 October 2023 –

The UNCAC Coalition’s board – the Coalition Coordination Committee (CCC) – has elected new leadership roles for the next year.

  • Gillian Dell (Honorary Member) will serve as Chair
  • Samantha Feinstein (Government Accountability Project) and David Ugolor (ANEEJ) were elected Vice-Chairs
  • Aya Riahi (I Watch) was elected Secretary
  • Andrii Borovyk (Transparency International Ukraine) was elected Treasurer

We are grateful for their commitment and the exceptional work they have undertaken over the past year, and we look forward to continuing our collaboration with them and the other CCC members in the future.

For the past year, Helen Darbishire has served as a Co-Chair alongside Gillian Dell. Now, she is stepping down from her board seat, and we would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude for the time, energy, and unwavering commitment she has dedicated to the Coalition over the past years.

Among other aspects, she has played a central role in developing the Coalition’s current strategy and in strengthening our governance, including through a new transparency policy. Rachel Hanna, Access Info Europe’s Deputy Director, will continue to represent the organization on the board.
