Human Rights Council Advisory questionnaire on implementing existing procedural and substantive human rights obligations of States in the context of preventing and combating corruption: Responses by the Working Groups of the Global Civil Society Coalition for the UNCAC

The following submission to the Human Rights Council (HRC) Advisory Committee is in response to a call for input from a wide range of stakeholders, including civil society organizations, to provide contributions and observations that will inform a comprehensive study mandated by HRC resolution 5/9. This study will aim to develop concrete guidelines on implementing existing procedural and substantive human rights obligations of States in the context of preventing and combating corruption.
