CoSP11 registration & attendance

Observer Status for non-governmental organizations

The deadline for applications by non-ECOSOC NGOs to register for observer status in CoSP11 has passed, no late registrations are possible.

NGOs with ECOSOC consultative status will receive a separate communication regarding their participation in the Conference directly from UNODC. If any questions arise, groups should actively contact the UNCAC Secretariat through the email address below.

ECOSOC status organizations that have not recently participated in a CoSP should contact the UNCAC Secretariat at UNODC to express their interest in participating – this is still possible: uncac@un.org.

Invitation to participants

All non-ECOSOC organizations that have been accepted should have received an email notification with an invitation to CoSP11 in late August (Subject line: CU 2025/264 UNODC: 11th session of the Conference of the States Parties to the United Nations Convention against Corruption).

Registration

All participants are required to register for the Conference by 30 November 2025 using the following link: https://indico.un.org/event/1019009/overview

According to the UNCAC Secretariat, “registration approvals will only begin in mid-October to align with the visa application process.

  • Official letter: Through Indico, you will need to submit an official letter that lists all individuals with name, title and personal email who will attend as representatives of your organization, signed by the head of your organization. We have drafted a template letter that you can adapt for your organization (word document).

The organizers will not provide financial support for observers to participate in the Conference. At this point, we are not aware of funds to support travel. Every participant will be responsible for covering their own costs related to participation in CoSP11.
