Mission
Transparency Morocco (TM) has been part of the anti-corruption movement since its inception on January 6, 1996. The principles and values upon which TM was founded align with those of the movement, which can be summarized as: transparency, ethics, integrity, democracy, fairness, and equality.
Since its inception Transparency Maroc(TM) has been taking action to fight corruption within the framework of the democratic movement which endeavors to promote good governance, civic values, the rule of law and the establishment of a national integrity system. It also seeks to act as a catalyst for the initiatives and synergies which are being developed in this area, especially those emanating from political circles, the private sector or the government. This vision is to develop the country where the rule of law prevails; equality of all, accountability for all officials, elimination of impunity for corruption and achieve a culture of accountability at all levels.
TM has always worked with different actors on issues related to good governance and has put in place numerous advocacy processes which have resulted in a series of proposals and reforms.
