Mission
Partners Albania for Change and Development (PA) was founded in 2001. As a member of the Partners Network, which includes 19 independent organizations across Europe, the Americas, Africa, and the Middle East, PA has been committed to promoting peaceful and democratic change. The organization’s mission is to bolster civil society and inter-sector cooperation, thus enhancing democratic institutions and economic development in Albania.
PA leverages expertise in institutional dialogue, legal reform monitoring, capacity building, digital civic tools, and public outreach to support both grassroots actors and institutional reform processes through inclusive, evidence-based interventions.
