Mission
The Freedom of Information Center of Armenia (FOICA) was established by journalists and lawyers to champion the right to information, foster government transparency, and promote civic participation. Since its inception on July 1, 2001, FOICA has been at the forefront of integrity and good governance reforms in Armenia, empowering citizens and ensuring accountability.
