Mission
The Belgrade Centre for Security Policy (BCSP) is an independent think-tank that contributes to advancing the security of people in accordance with democratic principles and respect for human rights through research, public advocacy, community development and education. BCSP’s core activities include research and policy analysis on security sector governance, monitoring the work of security institutions, and advocating for transparency, accountability, and democratic oversight. The organization also conducts capacity-building activities, and expert events to support evidence-based policymaking and security sector reforms.
