Mission
SERAP’s vision is of a Nigeria in which every person enjoys all of the human rights enshrined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and international and regional human rights treaties to which is a state party.
In pursuit of this vision, SERAP’s mission is to undertake action (using our traditional methodologies of research, public information and engagement, government engagement, legal advice, support and assistance, social mobilisation and advocacy, networking and alliance-building, and public interest litigation), on preventing and ending grave abuses of these rights and advancing transparency, accountability and social justice.
