Mission
We are a legal and social studies center located in Bogotá, Colombia. We are dedicated to strengthening the rule of law and promoting human rights in Colombia and the Global South. We deeply believe that knowledge must be committed to social justice in order to contribute to social change. To this end, we conduct rigorous studies and solid public policy proposals, carry out advocacy campaigns in high-impact forums, develop public interest litigation, design and deliver educational and training programs, and network to promote solidarity with the human rights movement
