The Asia-Pacific regional network spans a diverse set of contexts across South Asia, Southeast Asia, East Asia, Central Asia, and the Pacific. It brings together a wide range of stakeholders, representing countries that collectively account for nearly 60% of the world’s population. Despite differing contexts political, economic, and social contexts, the region shares several persistent challenges. These include restricted access to information, shrinking civic space due to restrictive or harmful laws, and limited access to decision-making processes.
The regional communities act as platforms to mobilize collectively and advance anti-corruption efforts globally and nationally.
