Nethmi Jinadasa is an Attorney-at-Law from Sri Lanka with experience working on transparency, anti-corruption, governance, political accountability, and human rights. Before joining the Coalition as Project Officer, she worked at Transparency International Sri Lanka in several capacities, including as Senior Program Officer – Political Sector and Advocacy and Research Officer. In these roles, she led stakeholder engagement and advocacy initiatives, developed partnerships, conducted research on corruption and governance issues, supported public interest litigation and Right to Information interventions, and contributed to the development of strategic advocacy and accountability initiatives. Prior to this, Nethmi worked as a Research Assistant at the Lakshman Kadirgamar Institute of International Relations and Strategic Studies, where she conducted research and drafting for publications, and assisted in organizing and moderating public policy events and forums. Nethmi holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Human Rights from Birmingham City University, United Kingdom, a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University, Sri Lanka, and an Advanced Diploma in Transitional Justice. Her professional interests include anti-corruption, governance reform, civic space, and international human rights.
