Announcing the newly elected members of the Coalition’s board

19 June 2026 – The members of the Global Civil Society Coalition for the UNCAC have (re-)elected members for six of the twelve seats on the Coalition Coordination Committee (CCC), its board, for 2-year terms:

  • The African Center for Governance, Nigeria – represented by Obialunanma Nnaobi-Ayodele (Sub-Saharan Africa regional seat 1)
  • Transparency International Sri Lanka – represented by Maheshi Herat (South Asia regional seat)
  • Fundación Multitudes, Chile – represented by Paulina Ibarra (Americas regional seat)
  • Libera. Associazioni, nomi e numeri contro le mafie (Libera), Italy – represented by Elisa Orlando (Europe regional seat 1)
  • Open Data Charter – represented by Natalia Carfi, re-elected for a second term (International Member Organization seat 1) 
  • Irene Tello Arista (Individual member seat)

As the term of Mukhtar Ahmad Ali (Centre for Peace and Development Initiatives, Pakistan), the current Chair of the Coalition, is ending, Rachel Davies will serve as Acting Chair of the Coalition until the CCC elects new leadership in September.

Outgoing board members

  • Mukhtar Ahmad Ali, representing the Centre for Peace and Development Initiatives (CPDI, Pakistan), who has served as Chair of the Coalition since September 2025;
  • Naomi Roht-Arriaza, individual member, who served as Vice-Chair (since September 2024) and as interim Chair (during the summer of 2025); 
  • Clara Inés Lucarella, representing the Civil Association for Equality and Justice (ACIJ, Argentina);
  • Sandro Kevkhishvili, representing Transparency International Georgia;
  • Marlon Agaba, representing the Anti-Corruption Coalition Uganda (ACCU);
