Samantha Feinstein Co-Chair’s the Protection of Reporting Persons and Whistleblowers Working Group, she is a Staff Attorney and the Director of the International Program at Government Accountability Project. There she works at the intersection of law, policy, and international governance to strengthen global norms on whistleblower protection and accountability. She advises governments, multilateral institutions, and civil society leaders on legal reform; drafts and analyzes whistleblower legislation; leads international policy advocacy initiatives; and delivers trainings for judges, investigators, corporations, and civil society organizations. She also represents public, private, and international whistleblowers in complex legal and policy matters and conducts strategic research to advance effective protection frameworks worldwide.
